شروط الاستخدام — كيبورد برو (Keyboard Pro)

باستخدامك تطبيق كيبورد برو (ويُشار إليه هنا بـ"التطبيق") فأنت توافق على هذه الشروط وعلى سياسة الخصوصية. إذا لم توافق عليها، فالرجاء عدم استخدام التطبيق.
1. الاستخدام
- نمنحك ترخيصاً شخصياً غير حصري وغير قابل للنقل لاستخدام التطبيق على أجهزتك لأغراضك الخاصة.
- لا يجوز نسخ التطبيق أو تعديله أو فك شفرته أو إعادة بيعه أو نشر نسخ معدّلة منه، ولا استخدامه في أي عمل مخالف للقانون.
- التطبيق ومحتواه (التصميم، الثيمات، الأصوات، الأيقونات، الشعار) ملك للمطوّر، باستثناء ما ينتمي لأصحابه (مثل أنماط الإيموجي المفتوحة المصدر وخطوط الطرف الثالث) ويخضع لتراخيصها.
2. الاشتراك Pro والمشتريات
- الكتابة وكل الإعدادات الأساسية والثيمات المجانية و Keyboard Pass متاحة للجميع دون اشتراك. بعض الميزات الإضافية (مثل أنماط الإيموجي المميزة، والخلفية الشفافة، والنسخ الاحتياطي اليومي على Google Drive، والمحتوى الحصري) تحتاج Pro.
- الاشتراك الشهري والسنوي: يُدفعان عبر Google Play ويتجددان تلقائياً في نهاية كل فترة بنفس السعر، ما لم تلغهما قبل موعد التجديد. يمكنك الإلغاء في أي وقت من Google Play ← الدفعات والاشتراكات ← الاشتراكات، ويبقى Pro فعّالاً حتى نهاية الفترة المدفوعة.
- التجربة المجانية أو السعر الترويجي (إن وُجد): يظهر في Google Play قبل الشراء. إذا لم تلغِ قبل نهاية التجربة، يبدأ الاشتراك المدفوع تلقائياً.
- مدى الحياة: دفعة واحدة بلا تجديد، تفعّل Pro على حساب Google الذي اشتريت به، ما دام التطبيق متاحاً.
- الأسعار تُعرض بعملتك من Google Play وتشمل الضرائب حيث يلزم. قد تتغير الأسعار مستقبلاً، ولا يتأثر بذلك ما اشتريته سابقاً، ويُبلغك Google Play بأي تغيير في سعر اشتراكك قبل تطبيقه.
- تتم كل المدفوعات عبر Google Play، ولا نستلم بيانات الدفع الخاصة بك. يرتبط Pro بحساب Google، ويُستعاد على أي جهاز بنفس الحساب.
3. استرداد الأموال
- خلال 48 ساعة من الشراء: يمكنك طلب الاسترداد مباشرة من Google Play (play.google.com ← سجل الطلبات ← طلب استرداد)، ويقرر Google الطلب وفق سياسة الاسترداد في Google Play.
- بعد 48 ساعة: راسلنا على البريد في القسم 9 مع رقم الطلب (يبدأ بـ GPA)، ونراجع الطلب. نوافق عادةً على الاسترداد إذا لم تعمل الميزة المدفوعة على جهازك ولم نتمكن من إصلاحها، أو إذا تم الخصم عن طريق الخطأ، خلال 14 يوماً من الشراء.
- الاشتراكات: إلغاء الاشتراك يوقف التجديدات القادمة، ولا يعيد تلقائياً قيمة الفترة الحالية. لا نسترد أجزاء الفترات المستخدمة إلا إذا ألزم القانون بذلك.
- عند استرداد أي مبلغ تتوقف ميزات Pro المرتبطة به.
- لا تؤثر هذه الشروط على أي حقوق يمنحك إياها قانون حماية المستهلك في بلدك.
4. ما تنشره أو تصنعه
- الثيمات التي تنشرها في "ثيمات المستخدمين" يجب أن تكون من عملك أو لديك حق نشرها، وألا تحتوي على محتوى مسيء أو مخالف للقانون. تمنحنا بنشرها إذناً بعرضها لكل مستخدمي التطبيق، ولنا حذف أي ثيم لا يلتزم بذلك دون إشعار. يمكنك طلب حذف ثيمك في أي وقت.
- الثيمات التي ترسلها برابط خاص تخضع للشروط نفسها، ويُمنع أن تحتوي على صور مخلة. لنا حذف أي رابط مخالف، وإيقاف إنشاء الروابط من الجهاز الذي أرسله، دون إشعار.
- الملصقات وصور GIF التي تصنعها تبقى على جهازك وأنت المسؤول عن محتواها وعن حقوق الصور والفيديوهات التي تستخدمها فيها.
5. Keyboard Pass والبيانات المحفوظة على جهازك
- يحفظ Keyboard Pass بياناتك مشفّرة على جهازك فقط ولا نملك أي نسخة منها، لذلك لا نستطيع استعادتها إذا حُذف التطبيق أو أُعيد ضبط الجهاز أو فُقد.
- أنت مسؤول عن حماية جهازك بقفل شاشة، وعمّن يمكنه فتحه. احتفظ بنسخة من كلمات مرورك المهمة في مكان آمن آخر.
- يبقى القاموس الشخصي وسجل الحافظة والإعدادات على جهازك، إلا ما تختار مزامنته أو نسخه احتياطياً بنفسك كما توضّح سياسة الخصوصية.
6. خدمات الطرف الثالث
تعتمد بعض الميزات على خدمات أخرى (Google Play، Google Drive، ترجمة Google، Giphy أو Tenor للصور المتحركة، Firebase للإشعارات). يخضع استخدامها لشروط تلك الجهات، ولسنا مسؤولين عن توفرها أو محتواها.
7. إخلاء المسؤولية
- يُقدَّم التطبيق "كما هو"، ونسعى لأن يعمل جيداً، لكننا لا نضمن خلوّه من الأخطاء أو عمله دون انقطاع على كل الأجهزة وفي كل التطبيقات.
- اقتراحات الكلمات والتصحيح التلقائي والترجمة قد تخطئ؛ راجع ما تكتبه قبل إرساله، خاصة في الأمور المهمة.
- في الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون، لا نتحمل مسؤولية أي أضرار غير مباشرة ناتجة عن استخدام التطبيق، ولا تتجاوز مسؤوليتنا في كل الأحوال ما دفعته مقابل التطبيق خلال الـ 12 شهراً السابقة.
8. التغييرات وإيقاف الخدمة
قد نضيف ميزات أو نغيّرها أو نوقف بعضها، وقد نحدّث هذه الشروط. ننشر أي تحديث في هذه الصفحة مع تعديل تاريخ "آخر تحديث"، واستمرارك في استخدام التطبيق بعد التحديث يعني موافقتك عليه.

By using Keyboard Pro (the "app") you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
1. Use of the app
- We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on your devices for your own purposes.
- You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or distribute modified versions of the app, or use it for anything unlawful.
- The app and its content (design, themes, sounds, icons, logo) belong to the developer, except what belongs to others (such as open-source emoji styles and third-party fonts), which stays under its own licenses.
2. Pro subscription and purchases
- Typing, all basic settings, the free themes and Keyboard Pass are available to everyone without a subscription. Some extra features (such as premium emoji styles, the see-through background, the daily backup to Google Drive and exclusive content) require Pro.
- Monthly and yearly subscriptions are paid through Google Play and renew automatically at the end of each period at the same price unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions; Pro stays active until the end of the paid period.
- Free trials or introductory prices (when offered) are shown in Google Play before you buy. If you don't cancel before a trial ends, the paid subscription starts automatically.
- Lifetime is a single payment with no renewal. It unlocks Pro on the Google account used to buy it, for as long as the app is available.
- Prices are shown in your currency by Google Play and include taxes where required. Prices may change in the future; this does not affect what you already bought, and Google Play notifies you of any change to your subscription's price before it applies.
- All payments are handled by Google Play; we never receive your payment details. Pro is tied to your Google account and is restored on any device signed in with it.
3. Refunds
- Within 48 hours of purchase: you can request a refund directly from Google Play (play.google.com → Order history → Request a refund). Google decides under the Google Play refund policy.
- After 48 hours: email us at the address in section 9 with your order number (it starts with GPA) and we will review it. We usually approve a refund, within 14 days of purchase, if the paid feature doesn't work on your device and we can't fix it, or if you were charged by mistake.
- Subscriptions: cancelling stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund the current period. We don't refund partly used periods unless the law requires it.
- When a payment is refunded, the Pro features tied to it stop.
- These terms do not affect any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country.
4. What you publish or create
- Themes you publish in "User themes" must be your own work or something you have the right to share, and must not contain offensive or unlawful content. By publishing, you allow us to show them to all users of the app; we may remove any theme that doesn't follow this without notice. You can ask us to delete your theme at any time.
- Themes you send by private link follow the same terms and must not contain sexual images. We may delete any link that breaks them, and stop the device that sent it from making links, without notice.
- Stickers and GIFs you make stay on your device; you are responsible for their content and for the rights to the photos and videos you use in them.
5. Keyboard Pass and data on your device
- Keyboard Pass keeps your data encrypted on your device only and we have no copy of it, so we cannot recover it if the app is uninstalled or the device is reset or lost.
- You are responsible for protecting your device with a screen lock and for who can unlock it. Keep a copy of your important passwords somewhere else that is safe.
- Your personal dictionary, clipboard history and settings stay on your device, except what you choose to sync or back up yourself, as the Privacy Policy explains.
6. Third-party services
Some features rely on other services (Google Play, Google Drive, Google Translate, Giphy or Tenor for GIFs, Firebase for notifications). Their use is subject to those providers' terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or content.
7. Disclaimer
- The app is provided "as is". We work to keep it running well, but we don't guarantee it is free of errors or works without interruption on every device and in every app.
- Word suggestions, autocorrect and translation can be wrong; check what you write before sending it, especially when it matters.
- To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the app, and our liability is in any case limited to what you paid for the app in the previous 12 months.
8. Changes and discontinuation
We may add, change or discontinue features, and we may update these terms. Updates are posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date; continuing to use the app after an update means you accept it.
